Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our Manchester-based customer service team will email you:

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely in their original packaging and ship to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
