Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we handle each return with the same care we put into curating our collections.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our Manchester-based customer service team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions. Please include this RAN with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in their original packaging and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our boutique quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • International return shipping costs are not refundable
